This really is a COLLECTOR’S ITEM. Back in 2006 when Charlie Cooper, Nadirah and I started working on the concept of the Radio First Termer Iraq Show, which was going to be the Special 35th Anniversary Edition of the original show in Saigon, Vietnam in 1971, after 35 years I was a bit rusty in my timing and delivery. So, not wanting to screw things up when we broadcasted the show LIVE, I did a series of MINI TIMING TEST SHOWS to get back my rhythm that I had developed back in Vietnam. I don’t remember how many I did, but a bunch. Sometime after we did the show for the Iraq troops, my hard drive crashed and burned and everything that I had done was gone forever. The other night I received the attached MP3 from Charlie Cooper who had come across it accidentally. Listening to it after almost 3 years is pretty funny. This MUST have been one of the real early ones because I am terrible. Now I know why Tigers eat their young. Thank God I got back in my groove before Iraq. I hope you enjoy this surviving test show of the Pre-Iraq days. You can hear the finished Radio First Termer Iraq show on the Dave Rabbit Home Page on the RIGHT SIDE PANEL.
